Based around popular german RTL TV-Show Medicopter 117, this game is an action and arcade-heavy game for the PC. There are a total of 30 rescue missions, each with three levels of difficulty. The spectrum ranges from operations in the city to rescues of a yacht in distress to chemical accidents in industrial plants.

Choose a helicopter carefully for the upcoming mission, as this can have a massive impact on the success of the mission. Each helicopter model has a variety of characteristics and differs, for example, in flight speed, transport and fuel capacity as well as in the quality of first aid. The patient's health status is also shown on the screen. Now the player has to make the right decision, which location of the accident will be flown to first and where will first aid and transport on the ground suffice. A great responsibility and many fates lie in your hands...
